The worst thing I've seen in a doctor's office waiting room is those posters on the wall that display anything to do with the 'biological' parts of the human body. The "eyeball" one is really gross.

Probably the donation can for the funeral. It makes it seem like "Oh, yeah, people died. Will you give money?" which is not the best feeling to have when waiting in a doctor's office. Also random human skeletons (like at the vet) would be slightly creepy.
