How to hoist a 8-ton equipment?

How to hoist a 8-ton chiller/equipment to a roof of a building, 20m height and 20m depth/away?

The ground for the crane is a road, a hollow road, which could only withstand like 20-30ton.

Update:

It is an existing building, 5-storey. This building is on top of a railroads.

Update 2:

It has been CKD, and the heaviest part is approx. of 7+ ton.

No, we do not have any part to hook on to.

Pulley and cables with a steel frame up on the roof. The frame should be on rollers to go from on top to out over the side. You must locate the buildings structural points for attachment of the frame and to verify the building can handle the stress and load. You'll either need serious overkill, an engineer or a contractor to do it safely. Maybe you can disassemble the equipment and bring the parts to the roof via stairs?

Talking with a mobile crane company would be the best way to go. They can put a heavy crane in some bad terrain by using load spreading techniques. also a self erecting crane such as the ones you see attached to the side of a skyscraper during contstruction would have a small foot print. Other than that I would try as mentioned before to disassemble as much as possible and bring it up in pieces.
