what are the chocolate crunchies they use for DQ ice cream cakes?

if its cookies why dont they get soggy with the layer of fudge?

    its a special layer from the DQ company... you can go to a store and buy one for like 5 bucks if you ask

    It reminds me of chocolate Ovaltine- the stuff you mix with milk to make chocolate milk. I used to eat it out of the jar when I was a kid & it tastes just like the stuff DQ uses.
