It's a relationship chase. A girl wants you to pay attention to her and then when you do, she gets scared and insecure. Then, she will stop paying attention to you because of that and you'll do the same thing. Then, she'll be like... "why aren't you paying attention to me" and the cycle repeats and repeats and repeats until you get into a relationship. Then, there's a whole other set of problems.

Hard to get maybe. I say show some interest but then back off. Don't act to quick to answer a text for like an hour or two. Don't always be there when she calls. Play hard to get! It's fun and it also get girls to like you more.. depending on the though. She seems the type but what do I know :p. Try that.

When a girl does this, she is an attention whore. She obviously does not care about being with you. She only wants to know that YOU still desire HER. That explains why she acts this way. She probably has very low self-esteem and needs this constant reassurance. However, don't fall for it. You don't need this kind of constant manipulation. It's just a waste of your time.
