There are lots of professional pdf converter tool online, they very powerful and easy to use. usch as Wondershare PDF to Word Converter (http://www.wondershare.com/pro/pdf-to-word-convert... it is accurate and fast PDF to Word Software.

You cannot convert pdf to word if your document is protected. If it is not then you can use foxit reader (free) and then view the text version , then save it as text or doc format.

But if you want slightly more sophisticated , as in copying pics and text you can use : Hellopdf
