Should Obama be impeached for the Sestak Conspiracy?

Update:

Will, there's still innocence until proven guilty even with a president. Due to the unique nature of the presidency, he has to be impeached so an actual trial can take place to determine guilt.

This whole thing is typical of Chicago thug politics. Don't you see the relationship to Blagaovich? Right now the White House is just trying to figure out who is going to fall on the sword for Obama and the media is trying to figure out how to sweep a huge pile of stinking goo under the rug.

Impeachment? No, it will never happen but I'll be interested to see if the left has the same concerns about this as they had about hanging Libby Scooter. Doubtful...

If the facts show that crimes were commited with his approval it's a no-brainer.

The new Congress, with a Republican majority, will begin the fcat-finding process in January.

The House will begin impeachment hearings, but Obama will be voted out of office before a vote takes place.

Absolutely. Sestak needs to come forward with all the details and a formal outside investigation needs to be launched. High crimes and misdemeanors like bribery can't be tolerated by any president. This is the biggest scandal in 2 decades and the media is just ignoring it...so typical.

I don't see much being reported on this, do you? Aside from the gossip biased rags/blogs. Perhaps it can't be substantiated. What ever happened to innocent before PROVEN guilty? Perhaps Sestak mis-spoke like many politicians seem to be doing lately. That would certainly put a chink in his reputation.

    Sure Blago was.

Pelosi won't allow hearings and Holder won't have the Justice Dept investigate. They should be name as co-defendants and charged with conspiracy and obstruction of justice.
