Caught Driving Underage, WHAT HAPPENS?
I live in Washington. What happens if my friend is driving, and he's only 15, what if we get pulled over? What would happen to the driver? What would happen to the passengers if they are also underage in terms of driving.

Probably a slap on the hand and a call home to your parents after they take you to the slammer. I do not think they could put you in jail but if you do it many times, you could end up in juvi.

In the UK, you would get punished. But if you look like your 17 (the age you can legally drive in the UK) If you are driving safely, and know what you are doing, and don't look your age, like you look older, I wouldn't think you would get caught. But there are many easy ways of getting cought. The poilce, are very sneaky in that way. Tell your friend to not do that again!!!! It's very silly and stupid!!! Also how did he even get hold of a car, in th first place?????!!!!!!

Driving without a license is a misdemeanor (RCW section 46.20.005) and you and your friend would go to jail, face heavy fines, the vehicle would be impounded and you would most likely not be able to get a license until you were 18 years of age...

Then they will postpone you being able to get your license by 6 months for the first offense.

im 14 with my permit. if the guy drivin is under age with a permit and breaks a major or even regular rule, he could have the permit suspended or just taken away. if he has no licence or permit, it would take a LONG time before you would beable to get a permit, and wont ever have the chance to even think about a licence.

depends on what he gets pulled over for... for example if its minor then you could just get a warning and if it's something a little more severe then they will hold off on letting you get your license when you come of age.
