Humidity is similar to wind chill in that both can make a person feel warmer or colder than the actual air temperature. Wind chill results when wind increases the heat loss of a person exposed to the wind making it feel colder than at the same temperature without wind. High humidity interferes with the cooling effect produced by evaporation of sweat (or even evaporation of moisture in the lungs) making a person feel warmer than at the same temperature with a much lower relative humidity. A dry bulb thermometer will display actual air temperature regardless of wind chill or relative humidity. A wet bulb thermometer will be affected by wind velocity or humidity.

Humidity is not taken into consideration when Wind Chill is calculated. Humidity also cannot temperature, however humidity can make the temperature "feel" differently than it actually is.
