Does anyone remember a song called DRUMMER'S ELBOW from an 80's Alternative Band, if so, who was the band?

ive looked high and low for this tune because you have given me some righteous information as to my question re guarding my frame numbers missing on my harley and by the way i got the bike back thanks for all your help. anyways ive looked all over lyrics itunes asked people and i cant find anything named that song alternative hu? 80's im the music whore and i can not find anything drummers elbow can you be more specific and if you find it i wont stop searching when i get the chance but its driving me crazy nobody knows that tune? so let me know what the band is when you find it ok? thanks again and the bikes engine number was 1960 and was issued dmv****CA` just for (GP)
