Redirecting or masking urls?

Is there any way to mask a url so that the person clicks on a link that says something like photobucket.com/urlblahblahblah but it is really another website?

I'm familiar with tinyurl and bit.ly and websites like that, but I'm thinking more like something that I can customize the url to appear how I want.

Thanks. :D

Depending on what you are doing Its very simple. Say you want to hyperlink it in an email. Just click insert hyperlink and then change the link text to whatever you want it to say. It could be google.com and go to where ever you point it.
