Minimal makeup. Definitely avoid heavy eyeliner and heavy eyeshadow. Go for a natural look, with a bit of light eye makeup to bring out your eyes if you want to. If you're going to wear lipstick, make it a soft shade, not too strong. After all, when I see a girl I want to see her real face, not a mask. :)

i like porcelin skin, blue eyes and red hair. Long hair! but that's just my own opinion and i know it will be, why does everyone hate gingers?

Seriously, in 22 years together my wife's only worn makeup once, on our wedding day. I was glad when she took it off.

I think as long as there isn't too much of it it's fine. Too much makeup is distracting and gross.
