would brown eyeshadow go with an all black outfit? (black pants, shoes, and shirt)

I have to wear all black for my job (shoes, shirt, and pants) but what make up should i wear? I dont want it to be super dark! i have blonde hair and blue eyes and fair skin. do u think browns would look good even though im wearing all black?

I see him at work but he works in the kitchen and i work at concessions there is a little window that he kinda hangs out at a lot so that's where i talk to him at. I have know idea what to talk to him about! today i asked him when he go off and stuff like that. when we were stocking he helped me carry the boxes upstairs! so i want to know how can i flirt with him in between rushes? what should i talk to him about? I have used oil before and I didn't burn Idk y i don't tan my dad can put baby oil on and he gets dark so fast. I want to know which works better to get a fast tan and which is better for the skin? I don't really like using the oil bc it makes my hair oily and after im doing tanning i have to take a shower asap bc i feel so gross. But i will do what i have to, to get a tan. I also have very very fair skin.

I read the reviews on their website but they were very mixed. I just want to know how it worked for you. I heard they broke easily and creased easily too but i want to make sure before I go out and buy it.....Thanks

I'm going on a ski trip and i need cheap waterproof boots i found some at k mart but im not sure if they are waterproof so i need some help i don't want to waterproof them myself and i need them cheap i don't want to spend over 30.00 (that includes shipping) and i would rather them be from a store (like k mart, jc penny, payless, ect.) and can insulated boots keep my feet dry and warm?
