I need help with a lot of stuff i want lots of answers too that r detailed links would be nice too!

1.what should i wear the first day of high school? (freshman)
2.what type of accessories should i wear?
3.what type of shoes r "in" this school year?
4.how should i wear my make-up (i don't like the natural look)
5.what bag/purse should i get or should i carry one at all?
6.how should i wear my hair? 
7.how should i get my hair cut? (wont cut short)
questions 6,2,4 are for everyday stuff

i know this is a lot but i need help 

so i am 15 5 feet tall and i have blue eyes and normal skin tone (not dark but not super white) i have blond hair

Don't be so shallow making school a fashion show and feeling like you have to outdo everyone else.  Concentrate more on your personality and how you come across to others. 
It doesn't matter in the long run what you wear, just keep yourself nice.  You don't need the best of the best and all sort of name brands to make you who you are.
