I would check and see if they play English or Japanese in Phil at tournaments. Countries where everybody knows English doesn't necessarily do English MTG for some strange reason for example Indonesia.
Also that guy called the philipines "upbraiding" which makes absolutely no sense how is the nation of Phil critical/reproachful towards others? It makes no literal sense.

either buy the latest set because a lot of people want the latest cards or else there are a couple of really good sets that haven't even been mentioned but that probably because of price. Everyone will hate that this was even mentioned but Eldrazi is stacked with powerful creatures great enchantments strng instants and sorcerys, its an amazing set, but there is one setback. 350 for a booster box, the same goes for the other two booster boxes in the zendikar set but you will easily make you money back because people pay about 6-10 dollars minimum for most cards in that set. Another really good one is modern masters because it basically takes the best cards from every set and brings them together. 250 per booster box but the box is much smaller being only 24 booster packs, dangerous but smart decision
