At most they press on your abdomen... They don't get that specific in aeromedical testing.

I can't speak for India, but in the US, I got a first class medical with not much more than I get at regular doctor checkups. I think they need an EKG, or an electrocardiogram (a heart fuction test), if you're over forty years old. Other than that, no scans. They just press on your abdomen to feel for either abcesses or tumors that would preclude you from getting the medical certificate.

I actually just received my class II medical certificate for pilot training just the other day. I also was wondering about these tests, but they didn't do any. Mostly just looked at my eyes and listened to my breathing. If it helps any, I only had to take off my shirt :)
