Cutting hair at home? Flat Iron?
I want to cut my hair "Scene" Something like (although a bit shorter, my hair isn't That Long)

I know scene hair is Flat ironed/Straightened so when I cut it should I flat iron it?

1. i highly highly recomment not cutting your own hair. 99.9% of people i know who have cut their own hair have regreted it in some way, but hey if your okay with ltl mess ups (not to say you will but its hard to avoid with a home cut) go for it.. besides a scene cut isnt exactly "neat"
2. if you straiten then cut theirs a big chance it will cause damage and split ends, but if you do end up doin it use a heat protector b4 you straiten and maybe a light leave in conditioner!!!
3. also deffinatley look up tutorials on cutting hair before you do it cuz its uber helpful!!

The links don't work, but yeah I suggest you iron it if you want to have that sort of look. But just remember that if you iron it and cut it and that's is the exact look you want, it will be hard to maintain as you'll have to straighten your hair everyday.

yea cuz then if you dont straiten it first then it probably wont come out as how you wanted it
