What would be cute to wear on a rainy day?
It is raining today and I hate it =( I just need some ideas because I still want to look good and I can't wear the other outfit I was planning on wearing today. Skirt and WHITE tank top, not a good combination for the rain Lol

you could wear some cute rain boots with a fun pattern on them with a white v-neck top and mabye a jean skirt or just jeans if its cold, but make sure to tuck the jeans into the boots! mabye a cute headband that matches the boots too!!
dont forget an umbrella!
