It has so many languages that it is impossible to say. English and French are the two official languages and which of the two a person will be able to speak will depend on where he went to school (if indeed he did go to school).
According to the Ethnologue, there are an amazing 279 living languages and dialects spoken in Cameroon! Despite being Cameroon's two official languages, English and French are spoken by only a small percentage of the population. The national literacy rate averages 63.4%.

If by MAIN you mean Official, then we are talking about English and French. These two are the official/ working languages of the state. The French-speaking population, being of numerical majority account for that language spoken the more.
If by MAIN you mean ANY language (Cameroon has an estimated 250 languages, English and French excluded), i would say French still carries the day. It is true that a large number are not educated to speak the official language, but the disparity in ethnic languages accounts for none of them being a match against french.

Cameroon has two official languages: English & French. In addition to these there are over 250 national languages in Cameroon (Cameroun)
