I wear my regular bathing suit under them. Some don't wear anything under them but I think you're a little less flashing-prone if you wear your swimsuit under it.

If its a two piece swim suit then I but on the bottoms under it. Unless the bottom of the suit is a skirt/skort/shorts. Then I would either buy a plain black bottom swim suit or just some under wear :P
