Will Adderall make you gain weight?

    I seemed to have a lot less of an appetite while I was on it, not on it any more though. Strangely enough, Adderall was used as a weight loss drug before it was used for ADHD. Weight loss is the most common side-effect.

    Adderall will actually make you loose weight.

    it shouldnt.. but it depends on your system. It makes one of my friends fat.. while the other one dropped like 30lbs.
