    setup at set of simultaneous equations. let 1st number be x, 2nd be y, 3rd be z.

    first and third is ten less than three times the second in equation is x + y = 3z-10.

    z-y = 1 means z is 1 larger than y (consecutive)

    y-x = 1 means yis 1 larger than x (consecutive)

    You now have 3 equations with 3 unknowns and can solve. should get x=9, y=10, z-11

    let x-1,x,x+1 be the three consecutive integers

    now given x-1+x+1=3x-10

    =>2x=3x-10

    =>x=10

    the integers are 9,10and 11

    check:9+11=20=3(10)-10
