central air conditioner?

My central a/c condensate pan is not overflowing. Water is going down. Added chlorox and water to make sure. But around early evening, condensation drips from around bottom of a/c. Can't find any water inside handler and condensate pan is fine. I'm in southern florida and wonder if the high humidity causes this in the early evening since it doesn't do this all day. It is not a lot of water, just a small amount that gathers along the outside bottom rim.
