What should i say to help her?
I work with a girl who is currently going through a really hard time. I don't know her that well but i feel like i should do something. i hate to see people in pain. I got her a card that's blank. and i want to fill it with something to lift her spirits. A quote that encourages her to be strong. Its like everything hit this poor woman at once. And i want to tell her something that will help her realize she has strength to get through it all. Any and all suggestions would be great.

write her a note in the card saying what you just said. We all go through difficult times in our lives.We all find the strength to get through and we are better and stronger on the end,when we look back.
Also tell her that if she every needs someone to just talk to that you can be that person.
