What is the best way to get a workout under my circumstances?

Ok, I'm a 15 year old teenager that needs to grt into shape. And badly!

I don't have access to a gym, because I'm too young. And I have no equipment at home.

What is the best way to get a good workout???

Someone please tell me!!!

    dude. you've heard about out door activities like running, jogging, playing a demanding sport, cycling, what else? think. and indoor stuff like eating healthy, push ups, sit ups. get creative or pick up a mag on outdoor activities.

    Mercy! I figured most 15 year olds could figure this out all by themselves.

    Dump the junk food, fast food garbage & sugary sweet soda's.

    No smoking - no dipping - no chewing - no beer/ale - no booze - no drugs.

    Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink LOTS of water, fruit juices & milk to help keep the traffic flowing. Snack on lots of RAW fruit & veggies. Never skip breakfast. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get up one hour early EVERY morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Start doing push ups - sit ups - pull ups - skipping rope - bike riding - skate boarding - swimming. Get 8 hours sleep each night.

    Within 90 days you will be amazed. NO CHEATING !!!!!

    cardio is essential when trying to get into shape, you can run, even at the school track, you can do push ups, planks, side planks, for your gut, there are different kinds of push ups like the dive bombers hard to do but they work good,

    Source(s): your also still growing working out to much will stunt your growth, and there is not one right way to work out, people aim for an even build, you dont want a big chest with little arms.
