How can i call 'the person or group that ...?

'the person or group that reads my Letter of Motivation in a Univercity or company' in technical term?

I'm helping my friend write one and get a little trouble for the begining.

    You can use the term "To Whom It May Concern". It sounds much better.

    I usually say "To whom it may concern". I think that might be what you're looking for, but not sure. I'd have to see the whole sentence to really get it right. LOL

    There are three ways to do what you have asked about :

    1. ( Older ) : " to whomsoever it concerns. " ;

    2. " to whomever it concerns : ;

    3. " to whom it concerns. "
