Red and skin colored bumps on my legs?
OK, so i have had these little bumps all over my arms and legs since i was about 12.. i am now almost 16 and i have never worn shorts because of these little bumps. there are a lot of them. mostly on my thighs and upper outer arms. i have been searching for answers about this. But i cant seem to find any at all. THEY DO NOT ITCH. and the DO NOT HURT. i have picked at them before, and they have hard white stuff inside. usually covering a hair.
some are red/ pimple looking. and the others are skin colored bumps.
i hardly ever shave my legs either. only when I'm going to swim. and that's rare. also i sleep in basketball shorts and sometimes wear tight pants. i d k if that will help just extra info!

if they are just ingrown hairs, how do i get rid of them? i usually dont shave i just don't see how ... :[

They sound like ingrown hairs.
I think some people are just more prone to getting them. I get a lot of ingrown hairs on the inside of my leg. they look like pimples, sometimes even with a white head, and when they are very small and thin ingrown hairs the bumps are skin color. I get ride of them by just plucking out the ingrown hair besides doing that i don't know how to get rid of them. I would try to talk to a dermatologist.
