i have to find the surface area of a solid with the base of 4in , length of 7 , and width 6inch

I donn know how to do ittt but wen i checked in my book for the answer it was 188in^2

I don know how and i want to learn how to do it !

    Assuming the solid to be a rectangular parallelepiped of dimensions base 4 in length 7 in and height 6 inches, the surface area will be 2(4 x 7 +7 x 6 + 4 x 6) = 188 in²
