Those against illegal immigration, why don't you answer these hard questions that nobody from the left asks?

It seems that immigration, illegal immigration, and amnesty has literally become a political issue between left wings and right wings supporters. But I say this with full rationality that it seems that at least one side has last every single sense of rationality. 
I'm not going to discuss the Arizona law because this has nothing to do with my proposition but here are some really difficult questions that conservatives have absolutely no answer to.

1) many legal immigrants have no document because they either neither obtained them or may have lost them and have never ever cared. Many Americans unfortunately don't leave the country and hence don't get a passport. Some don't drive and don't get a drivers license. And some have misplaced perhaps there passport or any other documents and have no want or need to pay money for them when they have no use for it. 

first question How can you possibly ever identify a legal or illegal immigrant? Now lets stop with the discriminatory nonsense and the Hispanic argument, and actually think how can you? Those who are citizens may have a passport but many don't. So do you expect every single police officer to now start calling immigration on everybody they detain and ask if there a citizen (that is if its in there database). Wow do you know how expensive and long that would take?

Question 2: If someone doesn’t have documents how does that prove that there illegal. I thought it was innocent until proven guilty and not the other way around? So you know want to presume everyone is an illegal until proven otherwise? So you want to change the whole justice system for immigration?

Question 3: How do you deal with illegals if you somehow determine beyond a reasonable doubt that there illegals (yes that means tax payer funded immigration courts, wow we will need a lot of juries for that)?  If you answer A) put them in jail. Then how on earth can you fundamentally rehabilitate the criminal? One of the goals of the justice system is to make the criminal understand there wrong doing, but how do you do that by putting them in jail and feeding them?  How do you teach them there acts are wrong, when they can't be rehabilitated. Or do you just torture them and starve them to death. Also why waste so much money on an idiotic jail that does nothing for the well being of society. How does the jail help? If someone escapes from jail do you set up a man hunt for a illegal immigrant escape? Do we show them on America's most wanted?

Now if you answered B deport them which seems to be the most common answer. Well problem 1
How the heck do you find out there citizenship? If someone is illegally from Australia how the heck will you ever find that out? You think the immigrant will just tell you this? If there undocumented how can you ever find out where there from? Next if you somehow find out where there from (bloody unlikely) then how are you going to deport them. How many countries exist in this world? How many times will at least one illegal come here from one of these nations? So you want to have tax payer funded deportations for all illegals is that right? How many plane flights will that be and how much will that cost for this never ending cycle. Next Pretend in the imaginary world you somehow do deport them , the immigrant has nothing to do but try again and again do go back to the USA. So how many times can you repeat this cycle. Or do you just jail him for life, with a waste of more American resources for an illegal immigrant? 

Question 4: Lastly something nobody ever mentions and will never mention what happens if the individual escapes or leaves somehow from a nation that we have no diplomatic relationship with. Lets say north Korea. How the heck would you deport them there? North Korea will never accept them and just allow a plain flight into there land for this BS (remember they don't care about American immigration reform). So what do you do? Arrest them and repeat what’s mentioned above? Drop them in the ocean and not let anybody know? 

These are issues that will always be brought up. Ill tell you my opinion. Immigration reform has completely become an issue of not law and order but an issue about Mexicans and Hispanics. Nobody talks about illegal immigrants from England, Australia, Canada, or any other European Country. Its always about somebody who they consider wants to just get free welfare benefits. So immigration law is the biggest losing battle ever. You can't win it. Its a lie! Its a way of government to tell you what they can do, and allow the country to be organized in there own way. 

Question 5: Why do conservatives who hate government bureaucrats, suddenly trust the government to make law that can't not be based on race. How is saying that a certain amount of X individuals can come from that country not be considered racist. Immigration law is the most tyrannical government power that is not FOR THE PEOP

Are you sure you're not an illegal invader?  Your spelling and grammar suggest that you had lousy teachers or you weren't a good student.  Did your parents not help you with your homework, or were they too busy running back and forth across the border making money on drugs?

You're very ill informed on the issues with illegal immigration and proof of that is that you suggest that this is ONLY about wetbacks.  It's NOT.  I don't trust the government whatsoever because they've never given me a reason to.  But, if they don't step up to the plate and TRY to do their job, then WE THE PEOPLE will be forced to take matters into our own hands.  It's OUR land that's being invaded and we don't have any backdoor deals with Calderon or any other hypocrite government official from foreign countries.  Don't you dare suggest to me that we just stand back and do nothing, we've tolerated that for far too long.  Joe Arpaio and Jan Brewer have their fingers on the pulse on this MASSIVE American issue/problem.  When I live in Arizona and I have to tolerate thousands of UNDOCUMENTED people protesting OUR laws and BLATANTLY stating on their signs "ILLEGAL AND UNAFRAID", my blood boils.  You might as well walk up to me and spit in my face.  The message is the same and the affect is the same!

Try that crap in Mexico and a NON-citizen or just a visa holder.  TRY IT I DARE YOU.  I can ASSURE Calderon will have your A S S thrown in jail until your family can pay enough ransom to get you out of there!  Calderon is a HYPOCRITE and a THIEF.  The Mexican is as corrupt as they get and HOW DARE Obama allow that bastard to stand in MY country and talk ****!!!!  You Fing sympathizers better get over you dumbass selves and wake the FFFFKup. Ok, first of all, your race or anyone else's is not the issue when it comes to illegally entering this country. The law applies to everyone of every race and nation. Oddly enough, we have laws in this country that it's citizens expect to be obeyed. Those who don't, suffer the penalties for not doing so. As for those who are born in this country and their parents are illegal aliens and the children born here (anchor babies) are given citizenship, this concept is not in the United States Constitution. It is a federal law and has not been decided before the Supreme Court. How to deal with the anchor baby issue tugs at my heart but if the same thing happened in their country, Mexico for instance, my butt would be placed in prison as an illegal alien even if I was born there and my parents had gone there illegally. So if that is the law in Mexico, why the hell should we do any different than Mexico would? And finally, if you think that the majority of Hispanics will overwhelm Republicans in a few years, so be it, but I can tell you now, that MOST Hispanics vote Democrat right now because the Democrats are the ones handing out the freebies to illegal aliens at the expense of the legal taxpayer so that threat is already a bogus one. And one more thing, when Hispanics as a majority begin to assimilate into the American culture and leave the Mexican flag in Mexico, stop sending a huge portion of their illegally earned dollars to their home countries, learn OUR language, and work to pay their own way in our society, then and only then, can you expect any sort of sympathy for the plight of anchor babies and their parents.

All the Arizona law does in confirm the federal law passed in 1996 where a local police officer stops someone for a different reason and the officer suspects the person may be in the USA illegally, that person would be brought in and put in front of a federal immigration official. After that the federal officer would deal with the issue as they do now.

They would run the person's information through a computer to confirm whether they are legal or not. At that point it is up to the federal government because immigration is a federal matter.

This works in the same way when a local officer suspects illegal drugs, the suspect may be turned over to federal officers. The Arizona justice system will deport no one as thay is a US federal responsibility and the federal government will decide each case.

Question #1 I can take you to the border right now and point out with an 80% accuracy rate who's legal and who isn't, not that difficult when you've lived here most of your life.

Question #2 If they don't have their documents they are presumed to be illegal since EVERYONE knows the law requires immigrants to have documents with them at all times. Not my problem if they "forget"

Question #3 Court is NOT required to determine their legal status, no documents a quick deportation is perfectly legal. Nice try.

Question #4 Happens so rarely it's irrelevant but just return them to a neighboring nation. A **** up on their part isn't a problem on our part.

Question #5 Last time I checked securing the borders was one of the few responsibilities the government is actually REQUIRED to do and this means ridding the nation of the illegals who are infesting our country.  How is "no documentation, get deported" racist? Answer it isn't.

People like you are destroying the American way of life. We have a problem with MEXICANS crossing our border. Yes, as much as you will try to argue with me, that is a fact. Yes, there are illegals from different countries but the Mexicans are the big problem and that is a fact. Do you realize they are a big reason our economy is so bad? Billions of our tax dollars go in a special fund to pay for benefits for illegals including healthcare and schooling. We can not deny anyone. In other places it is better, but in California, it is extremely hard for an American to get a job. Illegals take all of out jobs away. When I went on a trip to Northern Arizona, It refreshed me to see Americans actually doing jobs like flipping burgers at McDonalds and cleaning hotel rooms. We simply are pushed aside by illegals here. They also are most of the crime, and clog most of our prisons. If they want to come here legally, it is fine, but I am getting sick of all of these illegals overpopulating everything. We can not help everyone. In Mexico, it is a felony to enter there country illegally. Here, it is just a misdemeanor. There is no reason these people should be entering our country without any punishments whatsoever. I do not get how you could stand up for the illegals. Its people like you that are destroying our way of life.

So immigrant "A" came here legally without a passport? A visa? If he had either of these at any time it can be checked! He would have to have had BOTH to be a legal immgrant! DUH!

US citizen was never born (otherwise there would be a birth certificate for police to check into), never wen to school (otherwise there would be a school record for police to check into), never had a job (otherwise there would be a SS card for police to check into), etc. DUH!

I guess it's OK with you if my neighbors kids get killed by Mexican nationals in the US illegally BUT it's not OK with me or the good citizens of AZ! The previous 2 incidents should never of happened! AND if a third dead child can be avoided then GOOD! If you don't like AZ law then leave! Of course you might want to get used to moving as more and more states are looking to enact simlar laws!

What is so hard to understand about the word ILLEGAL?

People applying for a green card have to have 
1) A police clearance

2) A full medical exam

3) Show they are not going to be a burden on the State.

Now is that so hard to do?

Wow you really are extremely ignorant, you should really be proud of yourself there is alot of stupid people but ive never seen someone on your level.

I think we need to focus on securing our border more than deporting illegals. Deporting them is pointless if more and more keep coming over.  If we get enough manpower we can stop 99% of illegals from crossing the border.

?1 if you cant speak english and have no papers...probably illegal duh! if you lost your documentation replace it...i have to or i get ticketed..now they have a use for it!

1. your responsible for your own documents. Careless if you lose them.
2. illegals are not innocent until proven guilty. What proof is needed. No documents, guilty!!
3. deport them, if where abouts unknown, execute them since they won't say, must be a reason they won't say.
4.As said - execution. Not our problem. If they don't want them back, why should we keep them.
5. Not a conservative. I really don't care what the law is based on, illegals need deported and gone. Don't care how it is done either.
