On modern warfare 2 for the xbox 360, I can't find any games.?

This is a problem I have been having ever since I downloaded an update around the time of the stimulus package release. Here is the exact process that happens.

1. I try to find a match (any game type eg. search and team death both)

2. It says 50 potential games found and goes from 0 to 100 percent with 0 good games found.

3. It repeats process 1-2 several times in a row and doesn't find any matches.

This problem is NOT my nat! I have checked several times and it even says that it is open.

This problem is NOT my connection. I have moved my xbox from one location to another (meaning i am not using the same connection. My dad lives away from me and when I took it there it still was having the same problem and no they aren't the same company providing the internet.)

I can play other games perfectly fine with no problems, meaning that I can play soul caliber 4 perfectly fine and can find games easily.

PORTS!~I have the correct ports forwarded except for 3074 which when I try to forward that port it just says that that port is in confliction with something or something like that.

I can join my friends' games perfectly fine without a problem and once I enter a match I don't lag or have any problems. I do have trouble hosting though, not that people can't get into my party, but the same problem, that it takes forever to even get into a game.
