What happened to ch131.com?

For the past few days it keeps saying "Failed to open page". Is anyone else having this problem? Or is the site gone? Usually in the past it would load the ch131.com banner and nothing else.

    YES! Its saying that I have internet connection problems! Its kind of pissing me off. I love that website!
