Gorgeous skirt. Might get one myself haha.
Errrm if it was me, I would wear a white vest top with it, but not a baggy one, one that fits nicely with a necklace that sits just below the collar bone- maybe a peach flower one to go with the skirt? or just a silver one. You could wear leggings with it but the black one would look better with black leggings and a vest top. The peach one looks nicer without tights or leggings, just bare leg i would say and some heels..or cute flat shoes or even flip flops :-) x
