Demons souls is a medevil Rpg with uniqe online multiplayer it is similar but not quite the same.
Basically the multiplayer allows you to summon other players to your world to help you kill MEGA HUGE ZOMG WTF I JUST PISSED MY PANTS BOSSES, but you have to be careful if you can summon help you can also summon a player killer as well, this game is amazing you can play it so many different ways if you put alot into it it almost doesent matter what class you choose but GOD ITS AWESOME

Yeah, quite unfortunately there aren't many for the PS3 yet, unless you have the early version that is compatible with PS2 games. If you do have one that will support ps2 games, try out Baldurs Gate! No game in the fantasy genre is quite the same as Dragon Age, but that one is similar.. You can choose to take different paths that effect how the story plays out and have the typical D&D classes.
If you're looking for ones for the comp though, Baldurs Gate is also available for that IIRC, or Titan Quest.. Neither has character customization.
Or you could try Dynasty Warriors for the PS3 (empires 6 is soo fun and has the most customization in the franchise so far)- it is a fantasy/ medieval setting, but it is more of a hack-n-slash game (but with magic combos).. And it has extensive co-op modes, which is super rare in multiplayers.
Edit: Ahh, these are offline multiplayer, not sure if you meant off or online.

Consoles in general don't really have a lot of multi-player RPGs. The vast majority of them are for PC. There are a handful that have online multiplayer components, but to be honest, the online parts of the games just aren't very good.
If you want to play multi-player RPGs, I suggest you either get into PC gaming or wait until Final Fantasy XIV comes out on PS3 (probably sometime next year).

Every cell has DNA and it is consisted of two strands tightly woven around each other. The thing that prevents the two strands from breaking apart is called a telomeric cap (which is random nucleotide sequences called nonsense codons. Codon is a 3 sequence of nucleotides that codes for amino acids eg. CUU is a amino acid called proline . A nonsense codon is one that doesnt code for any amino acid production) Every time your cells divide a small sequence is lost there by reducing the stability of the cell's DNA (in layman's terms). This will eventually lead do most of Ur cells' DNA becoming unstable. And usually when a mistake occurs in DNA the cell will perform auto cytolysis (cell suicide) to prevent problems. So when you are old most of ur cells telomeric caps will be low and they are prone to die when they try to divide.. Whats really interesting about this theory is the impact it has on evolution (because this happens on both meiotic as well as mitotic divisions. which means that a species grows old too before it mutates.. but thats a different story)

Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas which is coming out are pretty good RPG games if you like the suspense, but neither of them are multiplayer. or try Borderlands. That's all i can think of.
