Would someone please explain the Smart treaty to me and how it will effect gun control in the U.S.?

    The treaty will never see the light of day. The US Senate House will never ratify it. If by some miracle they do ratify it, the Supreme court will rule it unconstitutional, violating the 2nd and 6th amendments.

    all participating countries will be required to register then surrender all small arms owned by the citizens...its a gun grabbers dream...
