Computer not authorized to download songs on Itunes?
So I have bought several songs on Itunes and it started to download. However, sometimes I get a message that said "Itunes has stopped working" and it closes before the final stages of the download are complete. So now I can't download the songs that I was downloading when Itunes closed.
I find the files for the songs on my computer, but it won't let me download them, because
1. Whenever I click on them, it says "This computer is not authorized to play "download.m4a". Would you like to authorize it?". So I enter my password and click authorize
2. I then get a second message saying "This computer is already authorized"
???? If my computer is authorized, then why does it tell me it isn't?

I've had this problem before. If you go into the itunes store. scroll to the right and you will see a tab for My Account. Login and then go into a tab Labeled Purchase history. Once there you will see all the songs that you are trying to download or have purchased in the past. Pick the songs and then you could click the tab that says report problem. Fill out the little questionnaire and in about 24 hrs. someone from itunes will get back to you and most likely they will reload that song in to your downloads sections on itunes and you will be able to re-download the songs. With the messages that you get. If this is the first computer that u linked your account to then it shouldn't do that. But if the problem still persists then when you report your problem to itunes to let you download the songs again, just ask them to completely clear the authorized computers on your account and they will be able to do so. and then you shouldn't have any problems. Good Luck!!!

you should be able to but there isn't really a way. you should email apple support and they might give it to you or if you have it on your ipod you can transfer it on to your new computer
