Yes i also think Manchester United favorite for best premiership, their game has improve a lots and they play better than any time in their 10 last match last seasons. SAF has also know how to deals with injuries, who must replace who and which game what types of formations should be set and which player should be play. Personally, I think the departure of CR7 had made all the player to set ahead just see it yourself, all the player who has improve. Rooney has become the world best player, the leaving of CR7 has made the world to see the hidden talent of Rooney, Nanni had got more match to play and himself has improve a lots.

Would't write anyone off, City will spend if Arsenal do lose Fabregas then theyl buy someone else, Liverpool depends on the whole managment/owner issue, Utd dont have a very good squad at the moment compared to the last ten years but Fergie is a brilliant manager and can make average players shine, Villa will push for fourth same as last season, and Spurs could make a title challenge.
And with Chelsea it depends who leaves really if we have about 6 players sold/leave (Say Hilario, Belletti, Sinclair, Deco, Ballack, Carvalho) Then we'll make about 2 or 3 signings and bring some reserves up, and push for the CL the PL and the FA Cup

Way too early to make bold predictions, as anything can happen in 38 matches spanning over 9 months. Straight from the outright win market odds from Oddschecker: 1) Chelsea - 2-1 (Approximately 33.3% chance to win) 2) Manchester United - 5-2 (28.6%) 3) Liverpool - 4-1 (20%) 4) Arsenal - 10-1 (9.09%) 5) Manchester City - 14-1 (6.67%)

I don't know about being favourites, but when i saw how United lost to Chelsea and a few others that they should not have lost to then i say United can beat them. Remember the ref that gave the ok to Drogbas offside against Utd, if that had not happened then Utd would have won the title anyway. So whats all the talk about being favourites, Utd are the favourites and one thing i believe in that SAF does, he builds his teams up around the older players who teach the youngsters how and what to do, you get a good team that way and its worked for years.

No they certainly aren't HOT favourites, but I think most sensible people would say it's 50-50 between them & Chelsea. I think Rooney will win it for Utd, Chelsea badly need some world class players who aren't in their thirites, but then again thats what was said a year ago. Man City & Spurs should get the Champions League places. Arsenal could usurp one of those teams, but I don't see them challenging for the title (they never really do, do they?). Liverpool are sinking without trace so they'll be glad to qualify for the UEFA Cup. Villa & Everton will be competing with them.
1. Man Utd
2. Chelsea
3. Man City
4. Tottenham
5. Arsenal
6. Liverpool
7. Aston Villa

Here you are, 21 bookmakers all with Chelsea as favorites.
But just look at City edging Arsenal for 3rd favorites spot.

edit: Spurs are seen as a flash in the pan and are easy to back at a whopping 50/1

Actually, sadly enough, Chelsea are faves to win next year after doing a double.. But I guess they'll crumble under pressure..
Actually, I am not convinced that the Utd squad is that great next year.. I trust SAF and his choice and all, but I still have my doubts.. We are in other sorts of troubles as well..
I agree with the other reasonings..
I wouldn't be sadly surprised if Chelsea won next season as well.. But I'm not writing my beloved utd off.. We still were no.2 last year after losing 2 star players.. I guess I should trust Utd a lil more...
GO UTD!!!!!!! *screams*
WOOOOOOO!!!
Edit: ringo, no $ for astute signings.. And SAF is keeping Berba FOR SURE next year..

First Chelsea second Liverpool and third Man U.
That is if Chelsea and Liverpool can keep there stars and Fabregas goes to Barcelona.

We need to spend and don't have the £££ - FACT

LOL
"hot" favourites? They aren't even favourites!
No money, no one to take the burden off Rooney, no new players whatsoever. Barring Hernandez and the Smalling guy, who will both be flops anyway.
It'll be a BLUE Premier League for several years.
@K.Patel
Sure, Berba is likeable enough.
@Bloosboy
Fancy a punt on Blackpool winning the League? Lol
