Upgrade MacBook for more memory or upgrade to MacBook Pro?
I have a MacBook. Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB Memory.
I love this computer, but I want to purchase the Adobe Suite and I am worried that my computer will run slowly if I do install them on here. Is there any way Apple can upgrade your memory? or do an exchange type deal? If not, what would you recommend to do?

The Macbook Intel Core 2 Duo that came with 2GB memory as standard? It would have helped if you posted at least the processor speed and size of the screen. Anyway the early 2008 MB that had 2 GB memory as standard can be upgraded to 4 GB according to Apple, but third parties have successfully upgraded them to 6GB RAM.
You can easily upgrade the memory yourself.

Adobe Suite requires 1GB of RAM, Mac OSX 10.5 or 10.6 and 256MB of VRAM.
You can check your video ram by clicking on the apple at the top left of the screen, go to "about this mac" and click more info. The VRAM will the fourth item under "graphics/displays"
If your macbook came with 2 gigs originally, without you asking for an upgrade, then it can take up to 4 gigs of ram.
Yes, Apple can upgrade it for you if you want to waste money. Or you can do it yourself because its so easy.

I believe 2 GIG is maxed for that laptop, so no, you can't upgrade it. If you can afford it the Pro really is a better machine.
