Like all his statements it was probably dreamed up by his manager. Why does Martin's statement say he is Catholic? All Christians have basically the same bible texts,we all believe in the same thing.

in basic terms the particularly shallow tend to come back for the period of as boastful. beneficial, somebody who has never met you'll be able to additionally see any self assurance as arrogance, yet what rather concerns is your own opinion of your self and not a strangers. those with some intensity to their character like your self(glaring by utilising your question) might almost continually understand earlier it rather is too previous due, if their self-worth began bordering on arrogance. while you're lacking in self-worth, possibly you'll be egocentric for a on an analogous time as - learn how to love You, like a extra physically powerful half might - deeply and with conviction. Then the boldness could be much less complicated to come back by utilising. i know it rather is much less complicated pronounced than completed however. :)

He talked big but I think it was just for the camera, for the purpose of drama; privately he was probably an ok guy. Mind you, I don't approve of it even if it was for show.

And the quote, its a good quote and has deep meaning. I believe it does fit with what Islam says as well, that all religions came from God but the people and message went astray. However, there's still many truths visible in them today.

I hope this addresses your question.

    Well said, I like it!

This is a little topic, but I think Muhammad Ali's narcissistic behavior was more a means of psyching out his opponents than anything else. The guy was a great strategist in the ring after all.

Can't say I that I look up to the guy in any way but I do agree with him. All religions do have truth at the very core, if you ignore all the BS that has been put in them over the years.

Stings Like A Bee says all religions have some valid beliefs & implies we should feel free to gather bits of wisdom from the multitude of religions, not just one.

Rivers, ponds, lakes and streams also contain lots of nasty, toxic sh*t.

As do religions, for that matter.

Muhammad Ali turned many a young man's head to arrogance, pride and self-centeredness and he was turned over to a depraved mind. God will not be mocked and Allah is not God. God is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob whose Son is Jesus the Christ, God in human flesh who walked among us and died on the Cross of Calvary for us to reconnect us back to God.

Sorry Ali, you bombed on this one. If you had said "faiths" instead of "religions", it would be a more credible quote.

I think that maybe he took one too many knocks to the noggin.

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
