running shoes i need your opinions on them!?
ok so my dad has found some running shoe called the "nike free" i need your opinion on the shoe. do you like it? if not why? there is two different kinds of the shoe there is a 5.0 and a 7.0 what is the diffrence. also which one you perfere. if you have any suggestions on a long distance running shoe what are they?

running flats are good. like nike free. my coach has trained many national champions, all train in shoes like nike frees. hes had no1 get injured. they would be a good fast shoe for racing and training.
God made us feet to run with. we dont need support and cushioning etc.

Nike Frees are a minimalist shoe which means they don't have a lot of support. The 7.0 has more support than the 5.0. Some of my running buddies use them, but not every day. I would recommend the 7.0 for everyday use. With the 5.0 you risk some injury, if you're not careful.

i dont know much about nike free
but i will really suggest you to go for reebok hexride series
awesome running shoes, they feel so comfortable
