What is the best destination to travel alone for a rain lover?

Question

I am in India and would like to travel alone for a 4-5 days vacation out of the country. I have heard Scotland is beautiful and it can be worth travelling there.

I want to know more about other destinations before i make my plan. I am considering travelling in July or August... I love rain and would love to go to place where it rains every day... Goa was definately fun.

Any suggestions will really help.
Oh By the way - I do not want to go where its tooo hot... India is hot like hell right now its 110 Degrees almost everyday

You really should go to the west and southwest of Ireland.

It is rarely hot.  It rains some on most days.  You'll see rain, fog, rainbows, and in between lovely flowers, my favorite was the wild fuchsias arching over country roads.

You'll find friendly people, if you want company, or you'll find solitude, if that's what you seek.

I've been there, and keep going back because it's so enchanting. And I always go alone.

how about the Orosi valley in Costa Rica??......mountain vistas....colonial churches....hot springs...orchid gardens(over 1200 kinds here)...and lots of coffee...in the mountains so not very hot....  and best of all....if you like rain...it gets between 250 and 300 inches every year......also being in the  central valley and not on the coast not a lot of people......there are parks here that you can go hiking in for even weeks and never see another person
