What is a neuronal envelope in the nervous system?

Is the neuronal envelope the same as the myelin sheath? If not, where is it located? I have not been able to find a definition for this online.

    yes it is the same as mylein sheath

    Never heard of it.

    by literal definition, it can be myelin sheath or the connective tissue ensheathing the nerve fibers..remember?? epineurium, peri- and endo-neurium
