WMM ruined my video! what happened?

I was just adding subtitles to a video I was making, and I pressed caps lock and everything but the last 30 seconds of the video disappeared! I have no idea what happened,

and I don't have the time to do it all over again.

Is there any way to recover it?

Update:

I only have windows live movie maker, the undo function is very limited guess that answers that. I knew i should have used sony vegas

    I can only suggest trying the undo button to go back to before the scene was deleted.

    press undo until it comes back
