Sorry its too blurry for me to tell but if the tech said 97% sure, that's an awesome chance! depending on how long shes been doing her job i'd believe her! CONGRATS!

I am going to say boy. The picture is blurry but since the tech said its a boy its most likely a boy. Look for 3 lines for a girl and a turtle for a boy
