how to setup a torrent site?

I m thinking to setup a webpage like isohunt.com .. do you know how can i do that? what kind of webpage is that?  torrent tracker webpage?  can i do that on wordpress? i want it to be so simple like isohunt.. one click and start downloading

1.) Go to isohunt
2.) Hit Ctrl+U
3.) Hit Ctrl+A
4.) Hit Ctrl+C
5.) Open notepad
6.) Hit Ctrl+V
