Again, the song is Rain, by the Japanese rock band SID. And yes, I tried the site at smrr.blogspot. They don't have it. I put in a request there, but they've yet to post it up....

Not sure if this is the correct "rain" song, but this site has sheet music to many songs, including songs named rain: http://www.plernpiano.com/songs.php

I wasn't aware there was any such thing as piano tab, but rather than trying to convert tab, you can try downloading Midi files for the songs you are trying to learn. If you have software that can convert the files to sheet music (you can probably find some free online. Try Cakewalk) then you can find the music you need to just about any song out there.
