My son has an sbcglobal.net acct and he has forgotten his password...we have tried to go in and reset it too?
My son has an sbcglobal.net acct and cannot figure out what he password is...we have tried to reset it for him through parental controls to no avail. it keeps asking him security questions that he does not remember the answer to one of them (there are 2 security questions)... How do we reset his password at this point!!!!!!

contact at&t by phone, internet department. have then reset your password. sbc was taken over by at&t.

You call the number under ATT that says
INTERNET
Sbcglobal DSL
What they asked me for was the 4 numbers after my acct number on my phone bill. That put me in a bind, because I pay my bill online, and I could not get online until I got my password !
So get that before you call.------just in case

Call customer service. You'll have to give personal information over the phone to be sure whose account it is.
Source(s): Had to get my dad's email password reset over the phone while hooking up a home network one night while he was at work. Called SBC/Yahoo!/ATT to get it reset and I knew enough info for it to be done.
