Is this dress too sexy for a 17 year old?

I almost can't decide...I like the ruffles on the second one, but I like the top of the first one... hmm....

The first dress is not suitable for a "fancy restaurant", more like a night club. The second dress is nicer but don't feel you have to have everything on show in order to be attractive or popular, the general rule is legs or cleavage but never both.

First when you asked this question i thought that their would be a shirt that goes all the way up there when we can see alittle bit more than we asked for. but their all nice and cute for your age but i think you should try to go on the wild side of your dresses. Because you already old enough to drive, why not kick it up a notch
