Can I daisy chain wireless extender WRE54G ?

I have a wireless G router and would like to make my wireless service available about 300 to 500 ft away without running cable.

It is possible yes, but you will need at least 2 and possibly 4 wireless g extenders to bridge that distance.

I think you are better off with one or 2 wireless n bridges

If this is outside, it is better to look for outside antennas

While the WRE54G extends the range it probably will not go 300-500 feet unless nothing is in between. You also might look into a directional antenna like shown on the sidebar at this website:

One of the models is designed for outdoors. The idea would be to have the directional antenna aimed at the range extender that is 300-500 feet away. That combination might work.

Yes it is possible but it is not best practice for a network like yours. If you can, use 1 router and the rest switches.
