If I was you, I don't even worry about it. Life always cycles itself from good-bad and vise versa. In the end, does it really matter? We all perish one way or another. The only difference is the causes and times.

Reality wise, we are just here temporarily. Try to enjoy your life and don't worry to much. Destiny is very important. It's a life events that we cannot hold and they progress accordingly.

I had tried to worry as much as you do, and try to make the difference (around me, my little world). But we can only do so much.
