i have a law suit in the los angeles court and my lawyer said i will get about 1.4 million dollars if my lawyer is going to get 21% from the 1.4 million so how much am i going to get after taxes and over all ?

Whether or not the settlement is taxable will depend on what it's for, so no way to tell. But a word of advice - don't start spending it until you are actually awarded the money and it's through any appeals.

depends on what the award is called, and very likely is not taxable
but in no way will you get anywhere near $1.4M
your lawyer is only 21%, thought they were 33%, and he will probably charge you for all the fees on top of his fees
