What are the form numbers to adding children to your file for the Army Reserve?
I'm going back to my battle assembly next weekend after having my son and I just wanted to go ahead and have the paperwork printed off and filled out so my 42A/L has less to do. I know I will probably have to update my record for emergency data (DD 93).

It depends on many different factors such as the corps your in and if you are using the JPA and the self-serve functions. We used the self serve option where I am and the individual can log on and add a dependent to his personal file at any time. If you are unsure, ask someone in the admin office who will point you in the right direction and maybe even have the forms for you in the office (if you still use the paper based stuff)
